The Sheep Program at Cornell University is one of the most helpful sites I know.
Breeds of Sheep -- the wonderful Oklahoma State listing of just about every breed of sheep known to man! Lots of good pictures too!
RockHouseFarm -- Be sure to visit "Mad Dawg" and his sheep!
American Sheep Industry -- you'll also find some great recipes here!
Maryland Small Ruminant Page-- the most complete collection of sheep references I know.

Touchstone Farm in Virginia has some very beautiful photos of Clun Forest Sheep.
Damburgh Clun Forest has beautiful pictures of a Clun Forest flock in the Netherlands.
Habitat Farm is another very nice site showing a Clun Forest flock in British Columbia, see
especially the incredible saddle pads made there.
Dutch Clun Forest Association provides many lovely photos of the sheep and is worth a visit even if you cannot read in Dutch..
